Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision of 35+ employees in a call center environment
  • Assist with the development and training of assigned Sales Reps
  • Coach, mentor and motivate Sales Reps
  • Help identify quality issues and address them as needed
  • Resolve issues involving employees and customers to ensure a timely processing of orders
  • Provide strong leadership to staff by creating a positive work environment
  • Perform quote and sales administrative functions to ensure all orders and quotes are processed quickly and correctly,
  • Assist Manager with HR related functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies and skills
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years Supervisory experience in Inbound Call Center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent PC skills required in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a must
