Key Responsibilities

  • Support the E-Pro manager in successful implementations by managing the process, communicating the status, and testing as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring we stay up to date with existing integrations and system enhancements.
  • Liaison between sales, customer, IT and e-Pro partner for all eProcurement integration and support projects.
  • Manage all data gathering and discovery calls acting as a liaison b/t sale and the customer. 
  • Maintain excel spreadsheet through entry of all necessary project data and updates information as required throughout lifecycle of project so we maintain accurate records of all e-Pro customers. Works with analytics team to create reporting dashboard.
  • Support customer engagements focused on driving procurement efficiencies and reducing cost-to-serve.
  • Work with Analytics & Reporting resources to create and improve reporting.
  • Work with the eProcurement Manager and assist with integrations as necessary.
  • Utilize and maintain eProcurement Roadmap for all NEW integration opportunities.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to help introduce training materials to educate sales team on eProcurement implementation process.
  • Identify improvements and gain operational efficiency within all integrations.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.  

Competencies and skills

  • College Degree with technical aptitude or high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of internet/web site functionality and purchasing.
  • Experience with customer service, sales, or product management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  •  Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently, keen attention to details and deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Access.
