Key Responsibilities

The Digital Merchandising Associate supports the Digital Merchandising Manager to execute merchandising plans to drive sales and conversion across product categories that align with overall product and marketing strategies.  Help effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate corporate-wide standards to optimize product catalog and website performance to support a cohesive customer journey on site and through marketing channels.  This position sits within our Product Management team and works collaboratively with Marketing and Operations.  The Assistant will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager.
Responsibilities
•    Execute merchandising strategies through placement of products and digital assets to directly drive sales, traffic and conversion
•    Continually analyze session and sales data and provide improvements to enhance the customer experience as it relates to navigation and product page content across devices
•    Assist in execution of digital marketing activity for email, homepage, landing page to support marketing and merchandise initiatives, including new product launches
•    Work cross functionally to collect product priorities for marketing and site stories and ensure the customer experience is clear and consistent
•    Perform daily site optimizations based on performance and customer experience.  Inclusive of resequencing product, optimizing product pages and updating navigation to improve digital KPI’s
•    Troubleshoot issues related to site assets, navigation and item data

Competencies and skills

•    Bachelor's degree in related field
•    Minimum of 2 to 4 years of on-line merchandising experience
•    Demonstrated experience establishing and streamlining site merchandising processes
•    Ability to make data-driven recommendations to improve site experience
•    Ability to adapt in a fast pace collaborative environment
•    Strong analytical and communication skills
•    Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail
•    Self-motivated, resourceful with a creative mindset
•    Content Management System (CMS) experience required
•    Experience with Google Analytics and Power BI preferred
